Structural Integrity: No visible cracks, bends, or stress marks on the aluminum frame.
Locking Pins: Both side-arm pins are present and spring mechanism is functional.
Mounting Hooks: Hooks are straight and free from debris.
Rear Gate: Gate hinges freely and the locking latch is secure.
Velcro Straps: Straps are attached and the hook-and-loop surface is clean/gripping.
2. Setup & Compliance (The Rule of 3)
Placement: Unit is NOT fitted on or above the 3rd rung from the top.
Contact: User can maintain 3-point contact while ascending to the platform.
Ladder Rating: Verified that the ladder is Industrial Rated (AS/NZS 1892.1).
Surface: Ground is stable, level, and clear of slip hazards.
